赔偿、保险
1，如果邮包在邮寄过程中发生丢失，经我司确认，可以申请赔偿。赔偿标准根据华沙条约的条款进行，最高赔偿额不得高于申报价值，且最高不超过100美元。
2，如包裹在运输途中造成破损，需要收发件人提供有效的破损证明资料，并经aramex服务商确定破损事宜，按包裹的破损程度给予赔偿；
3，相关索赔资料齐全，赔偿程序可在1—4周完成；
4，客户使用中东专线发货，飞越达可以代为购买保险，按保价的0.6%投保。最低收费50RMB/票，最高赔偿额为100美元。
